THANK YOU ARI & JANNE once again!!! We had just great time with Neela, puppy Olivia (as a tourist as she was a day too young for the pups), Ari, Janne, Wäinö & Finny!
On Sat. morning I started towards Hyvinkää, changed a car and off to Tuusula we went. A lovely French judge called Sylvie Desserne took basenjis and the results were nearly perfect: The TRIs aka Neela BOB and Finny BOS CC. Neela also made a cut up to last 7 I recall in a Group being the ONLY short coated to do so. The Reds did not do bad either, with Wäinö being RunnerUp Best Male and junior Riina 3rd Best Female with I quess the 5th ResCC :-). During the evening we had fun as always, walking the dogs, cooking, eating well and chatting just about everything - Just great!!!
Great that basenjis were not the first entering the ring and we needed to drive only say about 6 minutes??? Mr Harto Stockmari from Finland did just fabulous job in varying conditions (pouring rain, hot burning sun, we saw about everything?!) - He handled the basenjis very well, being very nice to people too. It was time for the reds today as Mr Wäinö (CH Bulldobas Grand Slam) went all the way for BOB and GROUP-1 later!!! and Riina BOS with a CC! Thank you Tiina V for helping with the handling, as well as Ari & Janne ofcourse and superTHANKS to Eija who brought Riina in both days - not easy when you need to use busses and such to travel! Neela was RunnerUp Best Bitch this time and Finny RunnerUp Best Male with another CC again.
